Yarn
Currently, we source high-quality yarn from reputable spinning units, ensuring that it meets the specific requirements of our customers. Our rigorous quality control processes guarantee that the yarn we acquire is top-notch, allowing us to maintain our commitment to excellence and deliver exceptional home textile products that align with our customers' expectations. To further enhance our production capabilities, we are also planning to acquire our own spinning machinery in the near future.
Warping
We utilize the Huafang Intelligent Sectional Warping Machine, known for its precision and reliability in textile manufacturing. With a working width of 3400 mm and four in-house machines, we achieve an impressive annual production capacity of 7,300 beams. Our machines, from the 2020-2021 model range, embody the latest in warping technology, ensuring consistent, high-quality output for our textile operations.
Weaving
Our weaving expertise is driven by cutting-edge technology, including Toyota JAT810 airjet looms, Semi 901 Air Jet looms, waterjet looms, and shutterless looms. These advanced machines enable us to craft a diverse range of fabrics with precision and efficiency. Our combination of modern equipment and skilled craftsmanship ensures consistent quality, making us a trusted partner for delivering high-performance, sustainable, and durable textile products.
Processing
Pre-Treatment
Our pre-treatment expertise is backed by top-of-the-line machinery and processes. We utilize SAGA sizing and desizing machines to ensure optimal yarn preparation, while our JIGGERS bleaching units efficiently process fabric for a high level of whiteness and consistency. Additionally, with SAGA continuous washing machines, we deliver perfectly cleansed fabrics, ready for further processing. This advanced pre-treatment setup guarantees smooth, high-quality fabric production for our clients.
Printing
Our printing capabilities are driven by high-performance REGGIANI machinery, renowned for its precision and efficiency in fabric printing. With an annual production capacity of 30 million meters, we are equipped to handle large-scale orders while ensuring vibrant, high-quality prints. Our expertise extends beyond machinery, as our talented designers bring creativity and innovation to every project, crafting a wide range of patterns and designs that cater to diverse customer needs. This combination of advanced technology and skilled design ensures consistent results and exceptional quality in every printed fabric.
Dyeing
Our dyeing operations are powered by state-of-the-art equipment designed for precision and efficiency. The Scalavos Athena system allows for an annual capacity of 2.76 million kilograms, ensuring vibrant and even dyeing results. Complementing this is the Pentek Xstream Dryer, a 2020 model, which ensures optimal drying performance. With four HT dyeing machines, featuring a working width of 320 cm and an annual capacity of 8 million meters, we can handle diverse fabric requirements. The process is further refined with our BF Steamer, which offers an annual capacity of 30 million meters, delivering consistently high-quality, colorfast fabrics.
Finishing
Stentering
We utilize advanced stentering technology with machines from leading brands such as REXIN (Korean), SHAYOANG, VIROCK, and MONFORT. The stentering process is critical for achieving precise finishing and controlling fabric properties. Through stentering, we perform multiple finishing tasks including heat-setting, which stabilizes the fabric; width-setting, ensuring uniformity across the fabric; GSM control, which fine-tunes the weight of the fabric; as well as drying and stretching for smoothness and durability. This meticulous process allows us to deliver textiles with consistent quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications in terms of stability, appearance, and strength.
Texturing
Arabian Textile offers specialized wet sueding/peaching for microfiber fabrics using our HAIWEI JIAXING machinery. This process creates a soft, velvety surface texture, providing a luxurious feel often referred to as a peached finish. With an annual production capacity of 10 million meters, this finishing technique enhances the tactile quality of our fabrics, making them ideal for products that require a premium touch. Wet sueding/peaching also improves the aesthetic appeal and comfort of textiles, adding to the high-quality finishes we deliver across our product range.
Completion
Stitching
The stitching process at Arabian Textile is a critical step in ensuring the quality and durability of our home textile products. Our skilled artisans meticulously craft each item, utilizing advanced stitching techniques to enhance both strength and aesthetic appeal.
